What does "pre-vetted" actually mean? +

Our vetting process includes: a technical coding assessment, a system design review, a behavioral interview, reference checks with past employers, and a background screen. We test for both technical depth and communication skills , because both matter on real teams.

What's the 3-month guarantee? +

If you're not happy with the engineer in the first 3 months for any reason , chemistry, skill fit, anything , we replace them at no additional cost. No questions asked. We've rarely needed to invoke this, but it's there.

Are the engineers employees or contractors? +
